The Rainbow Tourism Group (RTG) is setting high standards in the conferencing and hospitality industry across the region following refurbishments at the Rainbow Towers Hotel and Conference Centre (RTHCC).
The US$5.2 million investment is part of ongoing efforts to make the tourism giant a world-class destination for high standard stays and conferencing for guests.
“The refashioning of the Rainbow Towers Hotel & Conference Centre has breathed new life into the hotel,” said RTG Chief Executive Tendai Madziwanyika during a tour of the refurbished property.
“It offers timeless comfort with a modern twist.
We have seen the positive impact of this investment as occupancy has grown considerably.
We are optimistic about the future performance of this hotel, positioning Zimbabwe as a premier destination for regional and international meetings and conferences.”

Part of the refurbishments include three floors that were redesigned to create six premium suites, making a total of 10 with each customized for high-profile guests.
Each suite boasts two en-suite bedrooms, sumptuous lounge, modern kitchenette, and a guest bathroom, providing the much-needed privacy to discerning clients.
With the festive season just around the corner, RTG is inviting travelers to celebrate under the banner “Fun Under the Rainbow” a special promotion that offers families, friends and couples a chance to unwind, reconnect and create lasting memories.
The hotel’s comprehensive facilities, including world-class conference spaces, luxurious accommodation, and exceptional dining, make it a one-stop hub for business, leisure, and wellness.
Its iconic Harare International Conference Centre (HICC) remains the country’s premier venue for global summits, State functions, and large-scale international events.
