Harare –CELEBRATED music producer and Zimdancehall disc jockey DJ Levels has turned a year older today and birthday celebrations are on cards.

DJ Levels has risen to become one of Zimbabwe’s most influential producers and is co-founder of the Chillspot Records which is credited with shaping the Zimdancehall genre and launching the careers of numerous artists including the late Soul Jah Love.
Over the years, Levels has been behind chart-topping hits and collaborations that have dominated airwaves and playlists.
Messages of appreciation and celebration have poured in from prominent musicians, colleagues loyal followers who credit him for his role in nurturing talent and keeping Zimdancehall at the forefront of Zimbabwean urban music.
Levels’ career is not without controversy as he has been embroiled in a sex and drugs scandal.
