Feli Nandi Music and Gateway Stream Media have introduced US$5 student tickets ahead of ‘A Night with Feli Nandi Vol. 9: Fill Up HICC’ concert this Friday, targeting the thousands of graduates celebrating across the country this week.
The promotion is a direct gift to the class of 2026, organisers said, designed to give tertiary students an affordable way to mark graduation with a night of live music.
Students will pay US$5 upon presentation of a student ID at the Rainbow Towers Hotel and Conference Centre.
The concert takes place this Friday at the Harare International Conference Centre and serves as the grand finale of Feli Nandi’s eight-city national tour and will also be recorded live for a forthcoming album.
“We have put a lot of work into getting to this point, and this is really about bringing the journey of the tour together in one special experience,” said Feli Nandi’s manager Connie Mazani.
“We want the audience to feel that energy, be part of the moment and ultimately help us create something that will live beyond the concert through the live recording.”
Gateway Stream Media Manager Elton Kurima said organisers are expecting strong attendance and urged patrons to buy early to avoid queues. Gates open at 5pm.
“This is a live recording, so we are reminding everyone to come ready to enjoy themselves because the cameras will be rolling,” Kurima said.
“Sing along, dance and bring the energy – just remember that tomorrow’s dance moves might end up living on the album forever,” he added.
The line-up includes Tamy Moyo, ExQ, Baba Harare, Victor Kunonga, Mwenje Mathole and Kurai Makore, Intotal Band and Fusion 5 Mangwiro.
Twenty choir finalists, picked from more than 90 entries submitted nationwide, will perform alongside Feli Nandi.
Additional collaborative performances are also scheduled with more guests expected to be announced during the show.
Standard tickets remain at US$10, while VIP and VVIP are priced at US$30 and US$80 respectively. A separate US$8 ticket is available through the MWOS promotion at participating branches nationwide.
Physical tickets are on sale at Rainbow Towers Hotel, MedOrange Pharmacies in Harare, KwaNandi Traditional Restaurant and MWOS branches countrywide.
Digital tickets can be bought via the Gateway Stream Events portal.
