Harare- INCARCERATED clergyman Walter Magaya’s close protection officer Tapiwa Felix Chikondo who was on Tuesday granted bail for obstruction of justice has been re-arrested for fraud,Express Mail Zim can report.

Chikondo who was arrested Saturday along with Magaya for assaulting a police officer to block his principal’s arrest stands accused of selling an unregistered vehicle with fake plates to musician Tinashe Chigonza aka T-Gonzi before disappearing and being evasive for the past year after promising to reverse the deal.
The value of the car is US$ 6000 and nothing was recovered.
Chikondo was detained at Avondale police station Wednesday and is expected to appear in court Thursday answering to fraud charges.
The rapper Ti Gonzi went on social media and made sensational claims that several attempts to get help directly from Prophet Magaya were futile and the clergyman only gave him a fuel coupon.
The youthful musician went on to report the matter to Waterfalls Police Station and Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission but he claims that investigations were stalled despite being filed six months ago .
The rapper went on to make a passionate plea to President Emmerson Mnangagwa to help him recover his money and in the video he expressed frustration and looked visibly cornered.
Last night he also took to social media in the company of Prophet Jay Israel who is the spokesperson for Zanu PF affiliated National Multi- Faith Economic Dialogue (NAMFED) .
He waxed lyrical about President Mnangagwa’ listening skills and open door policy .
He said he was a listening president following the arrest of Chikondo , two days after his public plea.
Meanwhile, Chikondo is a multifaceted trained security individual balancing his role as a soldier and Prophet Magaya’s bodyguard.
He is corporal in the Zimbabwe National Army, currently stationed at Rusununguko Holdings which is an army owned company.
