HARARE — First Lady Auxillia Mnangagwa on Sunday visited Ronald Mujuru at his home, saying he is showing signs of recovery after a car crash that killed his wife Lillian and their five children.
“I am pleased to note positive progress as he is gradually regaining his appetite, walking confidently, and managing to sit for his examinations,” Mai Mnangagwa said.
She pledged continued support and urged the nation to stand with Mujuru “in love, unity and support” beyond the burial period.
The First Lady has previously offered him financial support after the tragedy to kewp him mentally strong.
